Stunning animated 3D visualisation to illustrate the process of a basement construction
Having designed and built some of London’s most incredible basements, Cranbrook Basements asked us to create a dynamic explainer animation to help potential customers understand the process and visualise the amazing living spaces that can be achieved.
With property prices in London soaring, adding a basement to your home can make sound economic sense, however, for many, the slightly scary prospect of digging under your house sounds messy and expensive.
Working from technical drawings and plans for a real basement construction in Chelsea, our 3D designers created CGI Imagery and detailed 3D model of the property and all the materials used in the basement construction.
The resulting technically accurate animation explains each phase of the construction process in a simple and accessible way and can be delivered via the company’s website, at exhibitions or in face to face meetings with prospective clients.
