Design and creation of Lime Venue Portfolio’s International Confex Exhibition stand

Attracting over 8000 visitors, International Confex is the leading event for national and international events organisers in the UK. But, with over 350 exhibitors and space at a premium, standing out from the crowd is a real challenge.

Our brief was to design an eye-catching Exhibition stand, which generated maximum impact from the small 3x3m footprint, created interest and excitement to draw visitors into the stand, but was also functional, providing storage for leaflets, brochures and other marketing materials.

The Result

The Lime Venue Portfolio team and myself would like to say a huge thanks to you and the team, you played a major role in helping us create the unusual made easy showcase event.
The feedback has been excellent, our Confex exhibition stand saw over 500 registered visitors, and was widely regarded as one of the ‘buzziest’ stands at the exhibition.
There are so many small and big ‘things’ you worked on to ensure the events success I can’t mention them all – suffice to say a huge thanks to you and the team.
